RYT200 Yoga Teacher TrainingThe funny thing is...
I didn't even want to become a yoga teacher. I started my RYT200 Teacher Training program purely for personal development. As part of my program, I was able to apprentice teach my own class, and my passion for teaching was re-ignited. Becoming a teacher of teachers was a whole new journey of learning and personal development. I love supporting others on their own journey of transformation and personal discovery. I serve as the Lead Trainer for the RYT200 Yoga Teacher Training Program at Santosha School. I welcome opportunities to teach workshops or support other Yoga Teacher Training programs. Classes I teach include:

Kathy's authentic nature and kind way of teaching makes you want to learn more and more from her. She is a powerhouse of knowledge and good medicine for anyone walking the yogic path. - Tracy, studio owner Kathy has served as my mentor and dean of students over the past several years at Santosha School. I've had the privilege of working with Kathy 1 on 1 on emotional healing, and nonviolent communication. As dean of students at Santosha school, Kathy taught many of the classes required for the RYT200 yoga teacher training. In addition to teaching, she mentored me through the 650 hours that were required for graduation. Her patience and willingness to listen were very helpful on my journey. My favorite classes with Kathy include bodywork, chanting and yoga. It is an inspiration when your teacher loves and models what they teach. Kathy is the real deal and it is a joy to have her on my team." – Linda I've worked with Kathy for about 2.5 years. She started as my yoga teacher and has become a mentor in building my own yogic practices and lifestyle. What I've really enjoyed about her is that she a great listener and can reflect back to you what you need in the moment. She provides structure when needed, and is also flexible to change based on what she may see physically, mentally, or spiritually. She operates from a place of compassion and joy. She challenges me in my practice, and has helped me to be more confident in yoga and in life. I can't recommend her enough to anyone building their yoga practice. - Allie |
