YOGA PERSONAL TRAINING:
A 6-session private journey to discover your inner layers and build a toolset for life.
Personal growth and development is not a quick fix. it’s a commitment and dedication to growing. Just like a plant - it needs to be tended. That’s why I offer a multi-session package based on the dynamic layers of your whole being.
Each session is 60 minutes in length and can take place in studio or in the comfort of your-home. (Please note additional travel costs may apply).
In Yoga Personal Training Sessions, we'll use tools such as:
Session 1 (Physical Layer):
Intake session, what are you currently doing, what have you done in the past, What is going on in your life, what are your goals, what is your current status; what kind of plant are you?
Sessions 2, 3 (Energetic Layer):
What has worked well? Bringing awareness to how you feel and what you need. What are you willing to do? Continue to build on your toolset.
Sessions 4, 5 (Relationships and Intellectual Layers):
How are your needs being met? Do you have relationships to support your journey? Continue to build on your toolset.
Session 6 (Bliss Layer):
How do you set yourself up for achieving bliss?
