My Credentials and Gratitudes
I've devoted my professional career to teaching, leading, coaching and developing others. After working in the corporate environment for 20 years in leadership and Human Resource positions, I continue to live with the same devotion in a more individualized setting.
With my ERYT500 and ERYT200 certification through Yoga Alliance and Santosha School, I support your personal development through the tools of Yoga, Meditation, Breathing, Coaching and more.
This is Me!
I Lead. I've successfuly lead virtual teams, both nationally and globally in the corporate and non-profit environments, so I understand the complexities of work life balance, team dynamics, project management, employee engagement, performance management and talent development.
I Serve. Being of service is core to who I am, so I've enjoyed and thrived in serving my communities. Examples include
I Teach. I've been teaching all my life, and I love it! My mom taught for 25+ years in the public school system, so teaching is in my blood. Even while I worked in the corporate setting, I was drawn to projects, roles and volunteering opportunities where I could teach. With my ERYT500 certification, I have taught over 2000 classes, studied over 2000 hours and worked in group classes and private sessions with all ages and abilities.
THANK YOU - I am grateful to all my mentors and teachers.
I sincerely find gratitude for each person that I have met along the way. I consider each of them a teacher. More specifically, the following people have profoundly influenced my life, and I am forever grateful.
