Coaching = (from International Coaching Federation) partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential I use the diverse tools of yoga to help you maximize your potential. Whether its a 1-on-1 session or with your partner or close personal friends, Yoga Personal Coaching offers a much deeper learning than in a group class. What is involved in Yoga Personal CoachingPersonal growth and development is not a quick fix. it’s a commitment and dedication to growing. Just like a plant - it needs to be tended.

Kathy is non-judgmental and keeps the flow going during a yoga session so no time is wasted (yet isn't rushed through).
