Yoga Nidra means Yogic Sleep. It is a state of conscious deep sleep.
I guide you through practices to gently lead your attention inward allowing the activity of your mind to still along the way while going towards the state of conscious deep sleep. We will systematically explore your physical body, your energetic body, your heart-mind layer, your intellectual layer, and then bring awareness to the 3 centers of Waking Consciousness, Dreaming Consciousness and Deep Sleep. It will be the process of emptying that will lead you to Yoga Nidra. Deep stillness and silence.
These sessions can be offered in a one-on-one setting, for corporate/team events, and more.
